Children Under Thirteen
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until payment is received.
The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
Late payments incur a $50 per day fee, and returned or failed payments are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.
Payments are accepted via approved methods communicated during the booking process.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests may be considered at our discretion and are subject to availability. Approved reschedules must be confirmed in writing.
Setup, Access & Event Requirements
We require 60–90 minutes for setup and 30–60 minutes for breakdown. These times are not part of your service period.
Clients must provide:
– Adequate space (approximately 10 ft x 10 ft or greater)
– Minimum 10 ft ceiling height clearance or greater
– Standard power access
– A safe, dry, and level setup environment
Delays in access may result in reduced service time.
Equipment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for all guests and event conditions.
Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be charged at repair or full replacement value.
We reserve the right to suspend services without refund if conditions are unsafe.
Performance & Service Limitations
We are not responsible for factors outside our control, including lighting, power, internet, or guest participation.
Any service interruption is limited to a prorated refund based on downtime.
Photo Delivery
Digital galleries are typically delivered within 48–72 hours and remain available for a limited time.
Media Usage
We may use event photos and content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing prior to the event.
Overtime & Additional Services
Overtime is available at $100 per hour and must be approved and paid on the day of the event.
Travel & Additional Fees
Travel outside our standard service area and any parking or venue fees are the responsibility of the client.
Liability
Liability is limited to the total amount paid.
For complimentary or promotional events, liability is $0.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County.
Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between both parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
